We are the first Hardware Incubator and Accelerator program in Sydney. The Organising company Innovation Drive was founded in 2018 by Product development expert Sayee Ganjekar & Tech expert Omar Najjar. Later joined by a Mechanical Engineer, Ketan Pawar.

Innovation Drive comprises a community of exceptional idea assessors, industrial designers, product designers, engineers and manufacturers who work together to produce high standard products ready for market, with consistently affordable rates. The existing market is fragmented. Our solution enables new markets to exist. Smart, quick and transparent services demystify the commercialisation process.

We believe inventors come from all walks of life, Some are trained scientists or engineers who work for large companies. But most investors are everyday people: truck drivers, plumbers, nurses. Product Design Engineer offering 20+ years of experience with hands on R&D, design and manufacturing expertise. With passion is to accelerate workforce productivity and maintain a focus on achieving bottom-line results by linking design and manufacturing. Have a superior record of delivering simultaneous large scale, critical projects on time and under budget. I have effectively managed R&D, Design & manufacturing teams to reach and exceed goals.

• Ability to create user friendly and commercially appealing product based on data and research coupled with innovative design.

• Strategic thinker and innovative team leader with the ability to articulate and deliver business vision.

• Expert knowledge of plastics, plastic moulding tools, die-casting tools, sheetmetal and other manufacturing technologie

• Expert in design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA).

• Extensive experience in 3D parametric computer aided design software.

Omar Najjar

Specialise in new product development, development and implementation of innovative ideas, and networking opportunities that allow our team of mentors to expand. He has overlapping experiences between the time worked in a corporate position to switch focus on the development of startups provides a unique perspective on collaboration and innovation.
Has a background in technology and business which he feels gives him a competitive advantage. He is able to work on both the tech side of the company which also being personable enough to interact with the end customer. Some of his  strengths include:
Problem Solving, Product Management, Validation, Creating MVP using Ruby on (or off the) Rails, Business Strategy (Lean methodology) and being able to Effectively Communicate.

Ketan pawar

Detail oriented mechanical design engineer with experience of product development and engineering of products used in industries like automobile, plastic molding, glass forming, water management and material handling crane. Have done many challenging projects with good resource and time management. 

Some of his strengths include Machine design, 3D and 2D drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Problem solving, Training, Communicate effectively across all the stake holders.
